FAAJ held its General Meeting, lecture and reception at Kojunsha Club. Kaoru Nemoto spoke on “The 70th Anniversary of Japan’s Admission to the United Nations: The UN in an Age of Division and Expectations for Japan.”

Akiko Imai (Harvard University, 2004) spoke about the Sakura Girls Secondary School initiative in Tanzania in a public online seminar co-hosted with the Japan–United States Educational Exchange Promotion Foundation.

Hospitality Tour with U.S. Grantees
Approximately ten U.S. grantees joined alumni for visits to Seiko House Ginza, the clock tower and Seiko Museum, followed by an informal gathering at Beer Hall Lion Ginza.
