For membership registration, applications and inquiries, FAAJ may receive information needed for the relevant procedure, including names, contact details, affiliations, Fulbright year, program and host institution, and inquiry text.
Purposes of use
Information is used within the scope necessary for membership administration, applications, dues and record inquiries, activities and events, responses to inquiries, and other FAAJ operations connected with the request.
Sharing with Fulbright Japan
Information may be shared with the Japan–United States Educational Commission when necessary for FAAJ operations. It will not be provided to another third party without the individual’s permission.
Email composer
The Contact page does not transmit or store information entered in the email composer on this website’s server. Once an email is sent, the information is handled by the sender’s email service and the FAAJ Office mailbox.

Membership and related procedures use external SmoothContact forms. Before submitting, please review the information shown by the external service and the details you have entered.
